Established over twenty years ago, our company specializes in Quality Management, Manufacturing Management, Environmental Management, as well as Health and Safety management. In addition to providing adequate training activities to industrial and service companies, Gestion Iso-Pro inc. aims to render its customers activities more efficient and effective with support and coaching.

We strive to maintain our reputation of constantly offering quality and professional support to our customers while conforming to their needs, time-frame and established costs.

HAROLD DOYON, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

After graduating in mechanical engineering, human resources management and business administration (MBA), I worked for ten years in the private sector before founding my own consulting firm. I held various positions related to quality management, customer service, post-sale support, coaching and training as well as productivity management.

During this period, I have gained extensive experience in the development and implementation of quality management systems, customer service, as well as manufacturing and personnel management.

In 1991, I decided to return to school full-time to receive training in Business Administration (MBA) at Sherbrooke University. Meanwhile, I opened my consulting firm (Gestion ISO-PRO Inc.) in Thetford Mines, Quebec Since then, I have assisted, as a consultant, trainer, or coach, more than one hundred companies for quality, productivity, environmental, teamwork and health and safety management.
